Sony Ericsson W995

Something Captain Kirk should be proud of. Not a 'Tricorder' but the extras include:

8.1 mega-pixel camera
8gb card included
Large 2.6" screen.
Sony earplugs and an excellent stereo mini speaker system...

All great until you try to make a call...
Then you cant get a signal. Looking at the forum boards I'm not alone with this problem. Someone says that the ariel is augmented by the back cover. Now thats funny coz my phone is better without the back cover on!

I have no gripe with SE as all my mobilesphones have (apart from one Nokia in 2001) been Ericsson then Sony-Ericsson. My imeadiate last phone was a C902 and on contract renewal last September, the W995 seemed so good on paper., I accepted the upgrade without a whimper. My network is 3 (Three) and the phone is on contract. As a goody 3 customer, I was offered a Talk 1000 plan (£35 pcm) with a £15 pcm discount 3 years ago. This is my third stint with them and reception on my old c902 is good so I cannot blame 3.

Now the PINK Sony Ericsson W995

Only at Carphone Warehouse the Pink Sony Ericsson W995 which includes a love match application in time for Valentines day.

The test sheds a little bit of an insight into what could have been, what should not have been and what may still be in store for all you romantics out there. The test on the handset is based on four different categories sex, family, love and money.

The test is light hearted and a little bit of fun, a reunion may be worth a go when it comes to old flames, such as those named Katie and Peter who scored 84% when it comes to love. We all know of a Katie and a Peter now don’t we.

Head of marketing for Sony Ericsson UK and Ireland Dave Hilton said that clearly this is all very tongue in cheek, in order to mark the launch of the W995 Pink we thought it would be fun to try out a few celebs names to see how they fair.

Was it my multi-blogged moan?

Was it my multi-blogged moan that un-locked my new blog http://sequels-and-trilogies.blogspot.com/ ?
I know that blogger took the full 20 days to un-lock a blog of a friend of mine. Now his block WAS highly political but there should be no difference.
Perhaps it was my genuine threat to move to wordpress?

Who knows?

Thank You blogger for acting quickly
